Our store was caught by surprise when we learned two days before our event that more than 45 people would attend! I contacted Luisa and she showed up at our store the day after. She immediately understood the emergency of the situation and told me that because we had so many great products in-house that she would have no problem preparing our lunch. Luisa did her shopping directly from our store shelves and came up with a fantastic choice of appetizers. Assorted charcuterie and cheeses were beautifully arranged on very nice serving platters. She took care of all the details and I thank her dearly for her great performance. I was blown away with the food, service and professionalism we were all shown. Luisa had a number of different choices to choose from and each one was better than the other. 2007) Comments: After frequently visiting a small café on the ocean, I noticed the menu was tastier and more creative on one particular day of the week. When I found out Luisa was the chef responsible, I made sure I arranged MY schedule to coincide with hers. When I hired her to cater my birthday party, I noticed five of my friends, all of whom are good cooks, in awe. She is something special. Party (Spring 2007) Comments: I had less than 2 weeks to plan my graduation dinner and fortunately Luisa and her catering crew were available. Luisa was so attentive to my dinner party needs, she even found a bartender for me at the last minute. They arrived prepared, served the guests and cleaned up without me ever having to worry about anything! Now the most important thing: Food. It was excellent! The awesome appetizers kept my guests wide eyed and wanting more! As for the main entree, the organic chicken was moist and so flavorful, the salad was beautiful and refreshing and the baby potatoes was the perfect compliment to the dish!
